The Team

Providers Who’ve Done This in Harder Places

Our team came from emergency departments, trauma units and urgent care clinics across the country. They chose HCM because they wanted more time with patients and less noise. You don’t pick who sees you — but whoever it is, they’ve seen far worse than what brought you in today.

Real Questions People Ask

Frequently Asked Questions

No. Holy City Med is walk-in only. No scheduling, no app, no phone call needed. Just come in during opening hours.
No. HCM doesn’t accept insurance and doesn’t bill it. That’s intentional — it removes the administrative overhead that drives prices up and creates surprise bills. You pay one flat price and you know it before care begins.
A photo ID helps but isn’t required. If you have a current medication list or recent lab work, bring it. Non-members need a payment method — cash, Visa, Mastercard, or Amex. Payment is due at time of service.
Prescriptions are written on-site during your visit when clinically appropriate. You fill them at any pharmacy. If you have the HCM Pharmacy Benefit add-on, chronic medications ship directly to your door.
Yes. HCM sees patients from 6 months of age and older. For paediatric specialist needs, HCM has referral partners including MUSC and Pelican Pediatrics.
Yes. Both West Ashley and North Charleston are included under every membership tier. Members visit either location interchangeably at no additional cost. Your records in Elation are accessible at both.
HCM has referral relationships with 25+ specialist practices across Charleston. Your provider will coordinate the referral and help you understand next steps.
Anything life-threatening — go straight to the ER or call 911. For everything else, come in and let the provider assess.
